TENFOLD ACADEMY / AI Coworking Essentials

HR

Use AI across everyday HR work while protecting privacy, fairness and human accountability.

For HR teams, people partners and learning or workforce-planning professionals.

Imagine the work

Make something. Then make it better.

A possible exercise and the kind of review it invites. Your actual case is selected for the programme and approved data boundary.

Illustrative practice artifact

ACADEMY / PRACTICE02

Employee-service response

Task
Explain an approved leave policy in clear language without making a decision on an individual case.
Review finding
The draft invents an exception that is absent from the policy. Remove it and cite the relevant policy section.
Reusable pattern
Approved policy → draft explanation → HR verification → response, with sensitive cases escalated.

The session sequence

How the learning unfolds.

This is the working sequence. Timing, depth and the number of sessions are configured for your team.

Curriculum

Go one level deeper.

Expand each module to see what the practice covers. Modules and exercises are selected and configured for the agreed audience and work.

01Coworking foundations

Give context, delegate a task and verify the result. Practise on safe HR examples.

02Policy, communication and employee service

Draft plain-language explanations and responses anchored in an approved policy.

03Recruiting and onboarding support

Prepare materials and structured questions while keeping consequential people decisions with humans.

04Learning, capability and workforce planning

Build a learning brief or capability discussion from an agreed business need.

05People analytics and narrative

Turn approved information into a clear narrative; distinguish observation from inference.

06Privacy, fairness and consequential decisions

Find sensitive data, unsupported judgments and policy conflicts. Specify escalation and human review.

07Workflow challenge and conversion

Map a repeat HR task and decide whether training, a workflow build or no further action fits.

More than the session

For the learner. For the organisation.

The work produced and the ability to repeat it matter more than attendance alone. We agree the artifacts and evidence for your programme.

Participant pack

Start page

Purpose, schedule, access checklist, safe-use rules and what to bring.

Work Artifact Kit

Relevant templates, cases, instructions and review rubrics.

Work to take forward

A reviewed artifact, useful corrections and an agreed next practice.

Sponsor pack

Sponsor Evidence Pack

Participation, work produced, barriers, manager feedback and next recommendations.

Practice Loop

A workplace challenge, feedback and a second attempt; office hours and follow-up are included when contracted.

A practical next decision

Continue practice, scope a repeatable workflow or stop where further work is not justified.

Beyond the session

Try it in your work.

Complete a workplace challenge and ask a manager to review its quality. Optional office hours and a synthesis of adoption barriers can be included.

What good looks like

Participants can complete and review a relevant HR task, explain where human judgment remains, and give the sponsor evidence for next actions.

Ready to take part

Prepare the work, not just the room.

Bring approved policies or sanitised cases, an HR sponsor and approved AI accounts for hands-on use. Simulated exercises are possible when real data or accounts are unavailable. Demonstration or simulation alone does not establish independent workplace use.

SMC prepares
Programme design, facilitation, exercises, starter assets, review method and sponsor synthesis.
Your sponsor prepares
Objectives, participants, relevant cases, manager involvement and ownership of next actions.
Your IT / operations team prepares

Plan it around your team

Let’s shape the programme.

Tell us the audience, the work and your constraints. We agree depth, duration, group size, tools, follow-through and commercial scope in the proposal.
